For automatic production of reinforcement baskets, Niksa Komerc is the only company on the market that has the latest generation machine GMT PileFab DF 400/2000/16, which is characterized by high productivity in the manufacturing process. We also have a machine MEP GAM 1500, used for the production of reinforcement baskets with a diameter of ∅ 300 mm to ∅ 1500 mm with complete welding, tailored to the client’s project specifications.
After making the well of the required diameter, the reinforcement basket is inserted according to the project specifications, and contract concreting is performed.

Process
